Phillip Bouton is a Certified Healthy Homes Specialist and is a Program Manager for the Columbus Public Health Department, Healthy Homes Program. Prior to joining PP&D, Batie worked in OHFA's Office of Affordable Housing Research where she led strategic planning and performance measurement processes for the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. Myia Batie is the Program and Policy Manager in the Office of Planning, Preservation and Development (PP&D) of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) where she is responsible for planning and development of affordable multifamily housing development programs. Her clinical interests include the evaluation and management of infants, children and adolescents with respiratory illnesses, particularly asthma and interstitial lung disease.
